All stock item orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8.00am – 3.00pm.
We use the following door to door carriers to deliver your orders:
A tracking No# will be provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with that tracking information and this will be automatically emailed directly to you upon dispatch of the items. You will be able to track your order online until it arrives at your door.
The cost charged for shipping & handling of your order is based on the weight, cubic volume of an item and your location. You can calculate shipping & handling cost in the shopping cart of this website.
If an item is out of stock we will indicate this at the time of purchase on the item page. You will be unable to place the item into the shopping cart.
However, should there be a human error and your item does go into the shopping cart and payment is made. We will contact you with some options
We are able to dispatch your order directly to your decorator.
However it is your responsibility to check your goods for correct quantity, colours etc.
Bandanas Australia will not accept returns on goods that have been decorated.
