Overlocking thread edging, you can choose thread colour or will use default.

– 1 per pack ready to retail or Your choice 10 per cellophane pack or 20 per cellophane pack or 50 per cellophane bag. Let us know your preference to pack custom bandanas

DECORATING AREA:

56cm x 56cm please ensure artwork is 57* 57cm to allow for bleed.

MINIMUM PURCHASE for PRINTED BANDANAS:

Polycotton 50pcs/COLOUR/DESIGN or 100% Cotton 1200/pcs/COLOUR/DESIGN
Due to the cost of printing smaller numbers using a local printer makes the cost prohibitive under 50pcs, I am very sorry.
However, should you have your own printer we are very happy to supply the blanks as above.

15 -21 Days Can Rush Order, additional costs may apply for Rush option.

ARTWORK:

We are very happy to supply you with a return email initial quote/artwork. Please attach your artwork in AI, EPS, PDF or JPEG format
Also list as much detail as possible how you want the bandana design finish to look and we will have our designers simulate up  your design,
or allow our designers to use our patented layout design that displays the logo/artwork prominently no matter how you wear the bandana.

Process to make your custom printed bandanas
1. We start with a roll of blank natural yarn fabric
2. The fabric is rolled through a sublimation printing drum
3. Then re-rolled and stretched to size so there is no shrinkage
4. Product is laser cut to size
5. Edges are overlocked
5. End product is hand folded to suit for distribution
